The updated NextSeq 1000/2000 Sequencing v2.5 protocol supports NextSeq 1000/2000 Integration Package v2.6.0
The updated NextSeq 1000/2000 On-Prem Sequencing v1.1.0 protocol supports NextSeq 1000/2000 Integration Package v1.1.0
Conflicts may occur when upgrading from IPP v2.11 to IPP v2.12 due to new sequencing workflow for NovaSeq X Series. Refer to IPP Integration v2.12 Manual Upgrade for details.
