The integration includes the following features:

• New MiSeq i100 Series Sequencing v1.0 workflow that maps to lab protocols and instrument runs. The workflow is available in Illumina Preset Protocols v2.10 and consists of the following steps:

  • Assign Analysis Configuration Template (MiSeq i100 Series Sequencing v1.0)

  • Make Bulk Pool (MiSeq i100 Sequencing v1.0)

  • Load to Dry Cartridge (MiSeq i100 Series Sequencing v1.0)

  • AUTOMATED - Sequencing Run (MiSeq i100 Series Sequencing v1.0)

  • AUTOMATED - Analysis Run (MiSeq i100 Series Sequencing v1.0)

• Automatic validation of run setup information before sample sheet generation or planned run creation.

• Automated creation of planned run and generation of sample sheet. Generated sample sheet is attached to the Load to Dry Cartridge step.

• Automated tracking of the MiSeq i100 Series sequencing run and parsing of run metrics into Clarity LIMS.

• Support for configuration of secondary analyses with library prep kits (LPKs) and index adapter kits (IAKs) for the planned run using Analysis Configuration Template. The analysis is either performed by ICA in Cloud run mode or by DRAGEN on-premise in Hybrid run mode.

• [Optional] Preconfigured Library Prep Validation v2.3.5 workflow used for validation purposes only. The workflow contains a single-step protocol that models the library prep required to produce libraries that are ready for the MiSeq i100 Series Sequencing v1.0 workflow. • [Optional] Clarity LIMS Product Analytics (CLPA) integration that can be used with ICA. The CLPA integration installation and configuration is required. For more information, refer to Clarity LIMS Product Analytics Integration v1.4 Configuration.
