These Release Notes describe the key changes to software components for the Clarity LIMS iScan Integration Package version 1.0.

Compatibility

This version of the integration package is compatible with the following software:

• BaseSpace Clarity LIMS v5.3 or later

• SIS Core Package v2.3.0 or later

• Illumina Preset Protocols (IPP) v2.4.0 or later

• iScan Control Software (ICS) v4.2.1

New Features

Features provided with this release of the integration package are as follows.

• Integration of ILASS Infinium Genotyping Assay v1.0 and ILASS Infinium Genotyping Assay with PGx v1.0 workflows for the iScan instrument.
