Overview: Bugfix to enable upgrade validation

Bugs resolved in this release:

• Fixed a bug that prevented MiSeq v5 service from running concurrently with the MiSeq v6 service. This fix enables customers validating upgrades from an older version, by allowing both versions of the Sequencing Service to work side by side.
