• Updated configurable SampleSheet generation: SampleSheet generation is now done using the updated Template File Generator tool, which enables updates of the provided template for SampleSheet generation in order to add additional headers and columns.

  • Template provided with accompanying configuration generates the BCL2Fastq SampleSheet with reverse complement.

  • When a new custom template is created, it can be uploaded using the Template File Management feature introduced in BaseSpace Clarity LIMS 5.1.

• New delivery mechanism for NextSeq 2.0 Integration workflow configuration NextSeq 500/550 Workflow configuration now delivered using a robust, Preconfigured Workflow Package installer.

  • Install history is recorded with version and install date information for better tracking and troubleshooting of installation.

• Simplified Library Prep step for validation: Single step mock library prep protocol included with configuration to facilitate quick validation of installed NextSeq 2.0 Sequencing Protocol.

• Bugs resolved in this release:

  • Updated the Sequencing Interops Metrics parser to record more accurate metrics using the same parsing libraries as the instrument and SAV.

  • Resolved issue Sequencing Step summary table with incorrect metrics calculated, by using the same parser as instrument.

  • Fixes of various internal automated test issues including smoketests.
