The integration includes the following:

• Provides integration to Illumina instrument via Illumina Run Manager (IRM) for on-premise Clarity LIMS.

• Illumina Run Manager Integration UI to perform operations listed below.

  • Display a list of connected instruments

  • Allows Clarity LIMS admin users to connect and disconnect instruments

    Successful connection to instrument is required for sequencing run and analysis run events tracking.
